All performances begin promptly and there are no refunds for latecomers.
Be aware that latecomers may have to wait until a suitable break in the
performance to be seated. If you leave your seat during the performance
we may not be able to re-seat you until the interval.
How early should I get there?
The theatre foyer is open an hour prior to show time and we encourage you
to arrive at least half an hour prior to the advertised starting time.
Allow enough time to find a park, collect your tickets (unless you have
picked them up prior or received them in the mail) and find your seat.
Where can I park?
- Short-term parking is available outside the entrance to the theatre but
these parks are not for shows
- Longer-term parking is accessed via west street, the entrance is
located to the side of the library and the car park located directly
behind the library

when booking to ensure we can offer you the best service on the day of
