Main Image
Please be on time
All performances begin promptly and there are no refunds for latecomers. Be aware that latecomers may have to wait until a suitable break in the performance to be seated. If you leave your seat during the performance we may not be able to re-seat you until the interval.

How early should I get there?
The theatre foyer is open an hour prior to show time and we encourage you to arrive at least half an hour prior to the advertised starting time. Allow enough time to find a park, collect your tickets (unless you have picked them up prior or received them in the mail) and find your seat.

Where can I park?
- Short-term parking is available outside the entrance to the theatre but these parks are not for shows
- Longer-term parking is accessed via west street, the entrance is located to the side of the library and the car park located directly behind the library
- Disabled parking is also located in the car park behind the library

Phones and electronic devices
Please turn off mobile phones, personal stereos, beepers, pagers and wristwatch alarms.

Photographs and recordings
All shows at the theatre are protected by copyright laws. Taking unauthorised still photos and video or audio recordings violates these laws.

Can I take food or drink into the theatre?
Water and other drinks in plastic bottles and snack food purchased from the theatre bar may be taken into the theatre. All glass beverages are to be poured into the plastic cups provided before entering the theatre.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas outside the theatre. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else in the theatre or its ground
